Do they send you text messages letting you know they’re on their way with a picture of the technician? Well I would say these are things you should be looking for.

These are things that make one company stand out over the other. Don’t always make your decision on price. You wouldn’t want to spend good money on something only to find out the company you hired won’t honor their warranty.
